Using Arcalis.

Overview

Arcalis is a correspondence-based reflection and decision-support service. You can write a letter, respond to one optional follow-up, receive one assigned story Object, select the detail you notice, and receive a structured AI-generated reply. The completed reply is the end of a correspondence; continuing it later is optional.

Accounts

You may preview a local sample without an account. An account is required for server-backed AI processing, cross-device data, purchases, restoration, and account deletion. You are responsible for keeping account access secure.

Subscriptions

• Some usage and continuity features require an Arcalis Pro auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple.
• Available weekly, monthly, and annual plans, prices, and renewal periods are shown before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account subscription settings and restore purchases in Arcalis.
• Deleting an Arcalis account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Your content and generated output

You retain responsibility for letters, context, selected details, continuation updates, and confirmed learning you submit. Arcalis may process that content with the assigned Object story, original reply, and enabled Memory to produce a structured reply. Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Objects and their stories are reflection prompts, not factual assessments or predictions. You decide what to accept, question, or save.

No professional advice

Arcalis does not diagnose users or provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. It should not be used for emergencies, crisis response, or safety-critical decisions. Seek qualified or emergency help when a situation requires it.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or use it for unlawful activity.
• Do not submit content that violates others' rights or requests harmful instructions.
• Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Account and data deletion

You can delete individual correspondences or your account in Settings. Active account records and linked correspondence data are removed after a confirmed request, subject to limited legal, billing, security, and backup-retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Historical Next Step and Return records remain readable until the related correspondence is deleted.

Availability and termination

We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the service. Arcalis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
