What remains available without Pro
Your first complete correspondence, existing letters and historical records, privacy controls, and account deletion remain available without a subscription. New access and entitlements are always shown in the App Store purchase sheet.
Billing and account control
Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in App Store account settings.
You can restore purchases inside Arcalis. Deleting your Arcalis account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Where is the final price shown?
Arcalis loads available products through the App Store. Apple's purchase sheet shows your storefront price and billing period before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Open your Apple account subscription settings and manage renewal there. Access remains available through the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in Arcalis. If the expected entitlement does not return, contact support with the Apple ID storefront and the email used in Arcalis.
Can I still control my data after cancelling?
Yes. Letter deletion, Memory controls, and account deletion remain available according to the Privacy Policy.
